I believe Lucent's responsive brief is due 4/18..

For those who don't know, The brief which NOK has until April 28 to file is their response brief to IDCC's Motion to Dismiss NOK's lawsuit against us. The lawsuit seeks to invalidate certain of our 3G patents or for a declaratory judgment that their products developed after 2006 do not infringe on our IP.

IDCC then has 15 days to response to NOK's Response to our Motion to Dismiss.
