I am inclined to agree with you. There was some profit taking this morning, which in turn set off a little panic selling. IMO we need to hold this base here and maybe with some additional good news we see another move up.

SSHS has 2,800,000,000 shares outstanding (as of Feb 2011 - as per Michael Gelmon)

NIR/Corey Ribotsky is owed approximately $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 by SSHS, and Mr. Ribotsky needs to stimulate a buyside feeding frenzy in the capital markets, so that he can continue to convert his debenture into common stock, then sell it to recoup his investment.

That, imo, is what was necessary to do, so that SSHS could BEGIN servicing their debt to it's original lender (NIR).

It is my opinion (based upon facts gathered, and common sense) - that NIR group simply had to put his share selling on PAUSE for just a few hours (yesterday), so that SSHS could uptick multi tiers, inturn triggering technical buyers to enter, inturn triggering the momentum that ensued shortly after the domino effect took place.

Think about it.

Not many were around scooping up shares at .0001 when this thing went ZERO bid, now were there? I should know. I was here daily.

So there wasnt much in the way of overhead resistance at the .0002 or .0003 levels (keep in mind that NIR Group has been the toxic diluter of stock for years, and has been the heavy boot on any appreciation in shareprice).

So all NIR Group had to do yesterday, was take a PAUSE from selling. He let the shareprice naturally find equilibrium at a higher level (.0005 - .0006) prior to firing up the printing presses to reclaim the monies owed him from SSHS.

I believe he's at it again today, and will most likely continue. Keep in mind, NIR/Ribotsky needs your continued interest in supporting the bid, so his efforts in converting the debentures into common shares can continue.

I'm looking for a re-entry in the .0002 area for starters, because if NIR continues to do what i believe he HAS TO, then that is my estimate on where this is headed.

Good luck everyone
