ronnie - thanks. regarding Beceem

I think the company recorded some portion of the initial license fee revenue earlier in the year, so I don't think $4.3M was the extent of the Beceem revenue? I'm also not sure about any sublicense fees we paid to IFX for this project (if any)....out of the total sublicense fees recorded for the year

here is a post with the Beceem agreement

Ron: As Data replied you have to give consideration to the initial payments recived from Beceem. Here are some comments from the 2nd and 3rd qtr 10-Q's. while the exact amount received was not shown, it probably was at least in the $1.5 - $2.0 million range.

Technology Solutions
Technology solutions revenue in second quarter 2010 of $6.1 million more than doubled from $2.2 million in second quarter 2009 due to total contributions of $3.1 million from customers added during first half 2010, Beceem Communications Inc. (“Beceem”) and Capital Semiconductor Limited (“CapiSemi”). Additionally, royalties from our customers’ sales of products containing our SlimChip modem core platform further contributed to the increase.

Technology Solutions
Technology solutions revenue in third quarter 2010 of $5.8 million decreased $0.3 million or 5% from second quarter 2010. The decrease was driven by a $0.8 million decrease in technology solutions royalties, partly offset by a $0.5 million increase in revenue from technology solutions customers added in 2010

Rox re US revenues of $18.9m

Last year's US revenues were $9.4m, of which $8.4m was from Apple. I'm now almost certain that Apple's license was amended in the second quarter of 2010, which raised its fixed-fee from $2.1m per quarter to $3.6m per full quarter. My attempt at reconciling to the $18.9m US revenues for 2010 as follows:

Apple = $11.9m (Q1:$2.1m, Q2:$2.6m, Q3:$3.6m, Q4:$3.6m)

Beceem/Broadcom termination fee = $4.3m

Lucent = $2.8m ($700,000 per quarter x 4)

Total US = $19m
