I still haven't had time to fully digest this PR or do complete DD, but from what I see on the red orange website and my personal interpretation of this PR is more meaningful than the past 12 PR's. It means Identa has some kind of funds available to contract with this company for their services. Where the money comes from? Who knows, but if Yaacov keeps his promise of delivering financial reports shortly, then perhaps the thickness of the fluffy clouds will will begin to thin and we'll see something much more grand here. Perhaps a step in the right direction? Time will tell IMO.
