LOL I was going to state the same thing...

We are probably still another couple weeks from the divi declaration but I would expect the typical 17 cents. One thing I would love is for this stock to reach the 2008 PPS heights! I have only been holding the stock for about a year so I certainly don't have a cost basis from back then, but would love to see my market value there! I'm thinking about picking up more CIM as well...I love this stock!
