i've never found jd in a lie .. of course i've
never asked a ? of mgmt that hadn't already been
publicly disseminated either .. regardless based
on my DD .. it was pretty clear what happened and

as for a r/s .. doesn't bother me .. it will always
be why it's done that matters

if the intent is to do it specific to uplisting out
of the cesspool .. i'm fine with that

if the intent is to do it in regards to taking the co.
private .. i'm fine with that too

there is zero reason to do one if mgmt is leaving aspects
*current* .. as in remaining on the OTC
