With my minimum experience I know one thing. RS comes with a nice PR that it is also useless and it only tries to justify the money that shareholders lost. What is funny with that PR is that you can reuse it in 2,5,10 years after another RS that eliminates more money that new shareholders lost, shareholders that have never heard about the first RS.
A RS that a company does only to be able to sell more shares is NEVER something that you can think as something positive. It is only positive if you are the one who prints and sells shares.
So, is anyone printing and selling shares? If not then I can't imagine anyone to see a RS as something positive.
That is just my opinion with my minimum experience so you can just ignore it.
