That's exactly right, invertorman. A NSS (which clearly does not exist) has no relationship to the company failing to file as required. However, the issue of the commpany flooding the market with unregistered shares will be admissable as a factor in determining if the protection of the investing public requires recocation of the share registration.
Investorman- you are correct and I think many shareholders who kicked in $25 thought they were going to get their NNS issue litigated. They won't. As soon as they announce the time and room, I might go down and observe.
Investor, you're right. But it has everything with POS MM's deluting my shares far and behind UC did. Since doubling it caused at the very least for my shares to lose half their value, I should be at .0003 or .0004. I'd like that money back if you don't mind.
