I have addressed this many times but will do it again.

Will these shares impact the stock?....That can best be answered by saying that last Nov and DEC 153, 500 preferred A shares were converted to common and hit the market, That equaled 159.64MM common. Another batch of 46,000 were converted the first 3 months of 2005, that equaled 59.02MM common...So, 218.66MM came on board. It would have been great if they were not converted to common for sale but that is how it worked out...What did the share price do in that time frame? You know the answer to that...Approx. 50MM were left per the 10KSB as of March 31, 2005....all the above info is in the filing...Sure the stock was impacted, but you would have to admit the sp moved very well under all that pressure...thanks...rock
