God thats horriable, upgrade to etrade. If you have a margin account on etrade you can deposit money from your bank account directly to etrade and have access to it right away. If you sell a stock, you have access to those funds to reinvest into any stock you want to, no waiting. All stock trades are 9.99 all the time...
Oh yea, they also have a debit card that you can get, which means as soon as you cash out your money, you don't have to wait 3 days to access it, you can go right to the ATM and pull some of it out. Now if you want to transfer it to your bank you will still have to wait the 3 days, but thats because thats how long all stock trades offically take to close.
