My RBC does the same. cant take money out for 3 days, but i can use the cash without waiting for settlement date as many times as i want. I can buy and sell all day with the same cash. I guess thats one good thing except for the $29.95 min fee. After 30 trades in 3 months it will be $9.95, im almost there.
