the dam's had a leak covered with a bubble gum patch for a loooooonnnng time. i'm not distressed anymore. i'm actually entertained and at ease. i think you're right, that the push and the know is much greater than their ability to keep it quiet. the flood of reality into the chambers is overwhelming. Good afternoon to all WaMuers. This is my first post. im usually a lurker. I just registered and i must say there are a lot of bright individuals on this board. I have learned a lot from this board just by lurking. I invested in wamuq in Jan 09, and man has it been one hell of a ride. Good luck to us all and i think things are starting to come together.

Sorry, Large Green. I just dont see it. EY, JPIG, the hedge monkeys and of course Wail, Gotcha and Mangle are all crooks hovering over the remains of WAMU. The judge is doofus and the only thing that will save us is the EC and appealing to a higher court.

IMO there is enough fraud going on in this case and bringing E&Y just adds more fraud. I think Willingham should suggest to SG that equity committee object to the hiring of E&Y and hire a firm that is more trust worthy and not under investigation for fraud. Im sure the THMJW is wondering why they are just now deciding on this
