Strange Short Increase

I wonder if another Pipe isn't looming and there is shorting against the box? The positive in that scenario is that I wouldn't think they would be raising money to continue operations but they would be raising money for perhaps a large project that needs large funding. This is all speculation not baced on any facts, just trying to figure out why short interest is increasing when things seem to be heading in the right direction. JMHO. take it for what it is worth which is nothing.
