Your right, trust a CEO? In this case it has been made public, "CANCELED" 1.8BILLION shares! "DIVIDEND" record date MARCH 18th! Initial reaction up, now down, waiting for "CONFIRMATION" of all, dividend/cancellation of shares! With 1.39B left, HCKI, will run, how high? So we all wait for further PR's!
