Go to the California Air Resource board Click on EO and Look for the letter D and type in 677 and than you will be able to find it. Look at the last page.

texasgirl1, The Executive Order is to determine the effects of the Dynovavle on the existing exhaust system. It was found that the Dynovalve has no adverse effects. That is the extent of the EO.

The results do show a substantial reduction in emissions. However, Savi cannot state that the EO validates their claim of reduced emissions or fuel savings.
