They can bounce off of one another as much as they like, as far as I'm concerned. Just as long as some of the resulting coin generated falls into the MEVT pps coffers.
Now that things appear to be somewhat sorted out, I'd like to see MEVT shareholders receive the 3-1 FS, as p[romised, from late '09, early '10. Even without retrieving those wayward 6mil shares, that 3-1 FS would still only give us an OS of a shade over 60mil, which is very respectable and tradable, btw. If, per chance, those shares are returned, in whatever manner, a 5-1 FS would have approximately the same result. In fact, it would come out to be less. Given, naturally, the OS still sits at roughly 15.5mil.
Regardless of the scenario, the shareholders deserve to be appreciably compensated, all things considered and apart from simply whatever monetary investment. But all is a moot point and goes for naught if mgmt isn't inclined, for whatever reason(s), to make MEVT a profitable venture, one way or another.
Personally, I'd like to see the four entities merged, under whatever flag most benificial, a small reverse split (if necessary and can be corrected later with a FS(s)), an uplist and roll on. All, first and formost, after MEVT shareholders get their just due.;-)
