I recognize the name Melissa K Rice from the BEHL shell before it became BEHL. She was signing all the Florida SOS stuff while it was called National Rare Coin and Currency Inc before Daniel Motsinger, Daniel Starczewski, Joe V. Overcash, and Barbara Morelli got control of the shell and changed the name to Auto Max Group Holdings Inc then sold it to the BEHL people.
