Can't be the right company. PR's indicated a "local" outfit that does video productions, etc., not a talent agency in Florida! I found gobs of "Black Boxes" on the Internet, most hits referring to an off-Broadway theater production company, but nothing that seemed to fit the description of NNOS' new proposed acquisition.
