nctrader, I just read their 10k and saw this:
Ash Mascarenhas is the Chairman of the Board and our President and Secretary. At the end of 2003, Mr. Mascarenhas founded Loyola Holdings, Inc., a private holding company, and Loyola Financial Services, Inc., a private consulting company, and he is currently the principal owner and operator of each of these companies.

Do you have a number for them? I found nothing on google. And also, which rep did you speak with, I'd like to give them a call as well. I tried the number listed for Worldwide but no one was there.
