it's starting to appear that companies aren't waiting for the gov't endorsement. ie...UPS deal with CLNE and WPRT. do you think this can spread?

CNG vehicles will likely continue to be adopted by corporate fleets and urban mass transit, but this in itself will not make much difference in the overall US demand for oil. To really make a dent in the problem, CNG would need to be adopted more generally, which requires a large investment in infrastructure by third parties, i.e. by companies in the business of supplying the CNG rather than merely moving their own vehicles.
