IL Padrino Back around the year 2000 This company had less than 500000 shares out. In Dec 2002 that increased to 3 billion shares and was trading around .0006 and thats when FH did his R/S I dont think they did a R/S in 1995 only the one in 2002 Back in 1995 l dont think the co. earned anything This company has been selling stock to survive. Except lately l think it has turned the corner and is starting to show a profit. Now this acquisiton who knows the IR guy Jim Stock says we got the company for about 1.1 million for cash. And the company is earning about 2 million per year. Me personally l do not believe in Santa Claus. I am from the old school where the going rate is about 7X earnings. Hey but what do l know?? All l know Earnings, and the price that CTKH paid for Hybrid was not put in WRITING. And this being a cash deal was also not put in writing. So there it is in a nutshell. Let me ask you wernt you the guy that knew someones son who worked there who knew everything and was calling for a buck last year??
