so you are ok with dumping 100's of millions of shares on the market at near lows? it will make getting out of this range all the more difficult as by the sounds of it, this isn't exactly a spectacular block with tons of reserves.

i think a swap for some EEZ assets or even some JDZ assets would be the best bet for everyone.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would take stock in this company in exchange for producing properties. I think they may take a working interest in the EEZ or JDZ.
