I really hope they go the working interest route. otherwise the next secondary will be at .10. if the only option is to dilute, we will all be better off just waiting to see if the JDZ is a bust or not and forgetting any other "exciting opportunities".
diluting for an at best decent property that will give a little revenue across nearly a billion shares (if they use the remaining 48mm) will not enhance any shareholder value at all.
