Virginia K. Sourlis is also the attorney for Zipglobal Holdings, Inc. (ZIPG), which, along with it's CEO, is being sued for fraud. CEO Michael Lee is has also been criminally charged with mail fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud. ZIPG stock was suspended the day the charges were released.

I don't see any direct involvement by her in the kickback scheme, but it certainly doesn't look good to have another of her client companies being sued by the SEC for fraud.
