Basically, if you've got the pockets for it, you can appeal up the ladder. Now the appellate court has to "accept" your appeal, so you can't just appeal for the heck of it and get it accepted to be heard.
But for now, this appeal would be to the District Court. Then from their it'd go to the 3rd Circuit Court, and from there to the Supreme Court.
But at each step of the way, it's not a given that an appeal will be "accepted" to be heard. If at any step it is not 'heard', then you basically are out of luck, the original ruling stands.
