My main bone of contention, amongst many, is that the company has chosen to say nothing, whatsoever. Then state that they've been told by consul to be absolutely silent on the matter, for as long as it takes, I assume.
Well, that's BS in my book. There has been and will be, any number of companies embroiled in litigation that otherwise still keep their shareholders apprised of the company's progress. They may not speak directly to whatever sensative issue(s) or name names, but they don't go silent for this long. It's just kind of creepy on their part imo, and doesn't really wash.
Although I can't really say how long I can hold my water, I can say it won't be too much longer and certainly not indefinitely. In fact, the one year mark is as good a benchmark as any. This is really f'ing absurd by any standard, given all the reasons/excuses I've heard over the better part of a year running to this point.
