I say : fire those teachers, and Indians ;0) I am holding my shares - we have a lot of great development coming our way. This is a year of ODN numbers , PDI and Q-profit. We can differ on dates , but all those things will happen this year.
And I understand irritation of some people on the board who bought-in recently and want immediate gains,- sorry. I have been buying thru .65, .55, 45, 75. 1.05 - so have more "patience" then folks who are relatively new. All I can say: risk is still here, but rewards can be outstanding.
DVM and FVH, I diversify today- check " my stock".

Means that the clock starts again on the proceedings with the fine for the alleged violation in 2005 that took until this week to be judged. Now it will be another five years before they decide whether or not Petaquilla will have to pay the million dollar fine and another $900,000.00 in interest if it takes until 2016 to get this through court.

Such is litigation in Panama. My guess is that with Lucy heading ANAM and her assistant a real scientist this will go nowhere. It would be neat if the newspaper up dated their photo file and used a photo later than September 2005! I think there has been some progress since then. In any case a fine of $1,000,000.00 is pretty steep for clearing 23 acres out of 160 square kilometers, when you were not told you needed a study for that amount of work.

God it must be wonderful to be an attorney in Panama. Cases that take five years and no malpractice torts with no insurance premiums to pay. Petaquilla's counsel is probably out shopping for a new MB SLS 500 AMG right now!!!

Seriously, a million dollar fine five years down the road is probably not significant. Let's see if it is in the Q3 MD&A.
