nope wrong. did you even listen to the Feb 8th hearing. Our lawyers talked about how at confirmation hearing they only relied on cross examination of the witnesses and the burden of proof was upon them and they did not prove with expert witness testimony or valuation of litigation claims going forward.

They did not use the solomon work because the burden of proof was not on them. Also rosen was goading Nelson on the lack of the solomon bomb being dropped. Never play your ace cards early.
