I am very surprised that you have received an open invitation form me to come to Chile at my expense and to have an open conference call where ANYONE is welcome, that you persist to write these negative comments without checking facts or wanting to verify any information.

Angelique and I have been involved in a number of deals together. She has never done anything more than to put her own money into the deal. Why are you not writing a word about the management that took the investors money and not ONCE do what they promised.

You say nothing about Michael Levinsohn that said he needed $8 million to bring Lenco to $40 million profit. You say nothing about Malcolm Hutchinson that told everyone that cared to listen that Wikifamilies is a multi BILLION DOLLAR company and took millions from investors ,including Angelique, without ever doing a single dollar in revenue. What about Juan Carlos Camus in Casablanca that promised huge profits two years ago.

You continue to make insinuations and wont address this in a public forum where Angelique or I are able to defend ourselves.

Here are some facts that I am happy to prove.

1) Neither Angelique or I has sold shares on the market in any of these companies you are continuing to insinuate some pump and dump scheme which we benefited from in your opinion.

2) Angelique has invested millions of her own money in restricted shares in all these companies and never received free shares like the management.

3) You continue to tie Angelique and Ken Eade together. He does not work for her and he is not a partner. He was my securities lawyer and we never owned shares in any deal together. He did my securities work up to a point and that was it.

4) I repeat my offer to discuss any point you have in a public conference call and I repeat my offer for you to come to Chile and see what goes on there, although Angelique has never been an officer or had anything to do with the operations and have tremendous exposure to the Lustros deal.

I am asking you to be fair before you make these negative and hurtful insinuations and do your homework properly. If you want to find out who managed these companies and who really got the free stock, talk to me.
