Too early to say. Technically, the 8k only speaks to changes in corporate officers. What the day to day management will look like is unknown.

Chris may have no role going forward, or may still be involved behind the scenes doing the field side, spending time on his personal life, and staying out of the public spotlight. Has anything been said about him no longer being the CEO, or just resigning as President? There will be more to come, you can be sure. May this be a lesson to all who complained it was boring in here this week!
