very interesting....I am curious about the indemnify clause. and Ault is back. That supports the claim i made earlier about Ault and Rainbolt and their prior relationships. I think this likewise debunks all those claims that Rainbolt and his vast family fortunes and connections were financing this activity. Would Rainbolt bail on his family?
