It does matter who submitted it.

The Noteholders have been accused of possible insider trading. The judge refused to grant them releases in the POR because of those accusations.

You think she is going to convert this to Chapter 7 based on a motion by the Noteholders with discovery still outstanding?

If the Debtors submitted the motion there would then be a slim chance to convert, but there is no chance for the Noteholders and I wouldn't be surprised to see them withdraw their motion.
