Wrong ... EIGH already revealed that the SEC told them to advance their silly nss claims somewhere else.

EIGH reported on Dec. 12 that they were retaining an expert in a few weeks.
Maybe the Expert hiring will be linked to the same day as the opening of the t-shirt store and the merger, both of which are taking forever to complete.
