so the way it presents it self is more of a tax write off for Matt to pocket money for himself and his coherts and in the process and slip in some diluting during the excitement as it was stated back then it was purchased to store cordblood. No info on how much is even being stored there as well because the building is just a shell since it is not being used or a front for him to pocket more of the investor's money...
