Surg, I thought about that too. People are selling the past 2 weeks and not caring about the price - I mean 2 mil share traded yesterday after 2pm while the price was falling. Only dumpers keep selling when the price is free falling like it did yesterday. This has been the one trend I do not like seeing at this juncture. I doubt the Judge will give the assets to Knobbe. That just does not make sense unless both PL and SL give up. I guess Knobbe could then sue for ownership as the next in line lean holder.
