I'm glad to see I'm not the only one on this board who thinks their history of late filing is a problem.
15 out of the last 17 quarters Left Behind has filed for an extension. Unbelievable! That has got to be a record even for a penny stock.

Also, there is not a written book that says that if a corporation feels they need more time to get their filings correct, they shouldn't be able to get it, regardless of the number of times.

Says nothing of the bottom line or their intent or abilities.
