#3172 RE: Dann2010 #3171

Hey Dann,

They have to catch up on a number of their filings from 2009 & 2010, which is what I assume they are doing right now based on that 8-K in October. There is the possibility that filings and R/M could come very quickly once we see something, as the officers have already changed. Technically, would start it's real transition to the big boys with an uplisting IMO. Either way comparing what I know about Homeclick at the moment and comparing it to similar companies in its last reported range, this is grossly undervalued if we get that confirmation.

As for a forward stock split definetly a possibility to increase liquidity, although I'm not sold on it, they could also just issue more stock to raise additional funds. If that were to occur, as evidenced by Holtzman's deal with Foreman I would not expect that you see much of that until well past $4-$6 level where the company both satisfies the conditions set with Foreman and gets into a nice position for a potential uplist. Usually any split announcement if it were to happen accompanies an R/M announcement. All this said, take what I've said with a grain of salt, as much as I've DD'd it in past year and as much as I like to predict the future, anything is possible in this situation, there are no guarantees. But, at least from my POV and with all the DD, I have a hard time seeing how this doesn't make a strong move to the upside.
