FVH, you know I'm long PTQ and see it as a good investment longer term, but if your looking for a shareholder friendly company I'm afraid I can't endorse this company as that. These guys are looking after their best interests, which hopefully will equate to the shareholders best interest down the road. We'll have to be patient for this story to play out IMO.
I am of the opinion that if a Company is doing well, you promote yourself thus you attract other potential "investors". A company can not sit idle and ONLY promote itself based on profitable quarters. If "good things" are transpiring...tell the world...Im sure that if the interest is there, your current investors will be tickled pink plus the Company may accumulate more interest. It"s "good business". You should keep people in the know.
