I contend they HAVE delivered. The DB deal is done, the PP is closed, and their debt has been paid or will be paid shortly. Panama has just implimented a revised mining law that keeps the mine up and running, so like I've said in prior posts they have no major money or governmental constraints holding them back now.
Yes, we still have to reach upgraded production numbers at the mine, but this is news we should get before we show a profit along with drilling updates and the global resource numbers.
I'm confident long holders of this stock will be rewarded, but there's no reason for news or updates not to be released in a timely manner when it becomes available. Certainly not because we're waitiing on the first profitable quarter. JMHO
