If you look at the IHUB people have been throwing away numbers ranging from $0pps to $100pps and they all claim that their numbers are based on assests and DD.

I guess you picked your number as $24pps as start point.

Wang... I would like nothing more than to see $8pps... but valuation and settlement will be two very different numbers.

Settlement being much less for all the reasons posted up to this point. Not the least of which is because that is simply how these cases get "settled"... for less (much less) than any valuation will reflect.
