No, the releases are technically correct. Just as the SNWR releases were. The record holders on Feb 22 will technically receive the dividend BUT WILL BE OBLIGATED TO SURRENDER THE DIVIDEND TO THE BUYER IF THEY SELL BEFORE THE x-date.
