Uriah Heep~~I called the number you gave me and the lady there said you were absolutely correct. We will get paid the dividend based on the number of shares that were purchased up to at least one day prior to the EX Date and still held on the Ex Date. I also called Ameritrade and I talked to the real experts there who affirmed this. They also have the preliminary distribution instructions. They are waiting on the final instructions.

WOW how cool is this. This is huge because as long as there are no sellers to cover the shorts, the MMs will continue to drive the price up.

Evidently Feb 22 is the ex date. Otherwise the shorts would be buying HQNT now and be off the hook. On the other hand if the ex date is ahead then why hasn't HQNT climbed on the expectation of getting the dividend and get off the hook?!!!
It is a puzzlement!
