I have my doubts on a class action -- or more specifically, my patience for one. If they get their releases as desired, that moots any class action possible from those who released them. And keep in mind, it took 19 years for Meritor to reach conclusion -- and self-funded, I might add.

So, I don't think I'll be sticking around if it seems that class-action is the way this gets paid out. Just my opinion.

I still think that settlement is going to be the way this thing winds up. And we're "so close" to equity (preferreds at this time) being "in the money" -- that I think it's not a hard jump to get over that line.
