Unfortunalety dilution is part of a necessary evil when companies are in need of capital funding, and just like everyone else would love to see it done at a higher PPS. This is something that none of us shareholders have control over though, so we have a choice to either accept it, or move on.

The whole point of implementing effective awareness is to offset the damaging effects of continuous discount share leakage. So when you say that none of the shareholders have any control over it I say why? Especially since so many of you have given so much of your time promoting this company and its products to small audiences throughout each year. Heck all you remaining shareholders have to do is demand that he hire an effective awareness program to coincide with discount share leakage and the worst he could say is no.

At least if you tried asking him you'd know instead of blindly supporting the dilution at lower and lower pps levels...when awareness programs are designed at their very nature to bring increased organic interest/liquidity into a stock...hence the probable offshot of that increased interest/liquidity leading to pps appreciation which in turns leads to LESS dilution!

And don't point out the fact that penny stocks erode after promo campaigns end...cuz the good co.'s out there who take advantage of good funding and awareness deliver measurable results that help fuel sustained organic interest long after a promo campaign has ended.

This false notion that it's somehow a promoters job to ensure that the co.'s actually deliver tangible results is simply wrong...when all a promoter is hired to do is increase the organic interest in a co.'s stock which leads to an increase in liquidity and pps appreciation provided the co.'s and funders let the stocks breathe glty
