Only a carrot dangling CEO even makes mention of a buyback while in the very midst of several years of dicount share funding dilution...as it was nothing but a blatant and unrealistic tout to even bother suggesting such a thing when years of dilution were underway and it was therefore beyond premature to even make mention of such a thing!

It can be referred to as carrot dangling, taughting, pumping, or whatever anyone would like to call it I assume, but if one follows the old memo's, CC's, or blogs where a mentions a share buy-back, one could simply assume it was an answer to a question. Every instance I can find or recall where Eric has mentioned and discussed his intentions to impliment a share buy-back in the future has been in regards to a shareholders question or CC moderator about a reverse split, or getting control of the O/S. There may be an instance where it wasn't, but all I can find is where he was answering a question, and never placed a time frame other than to say when the company is able to do so.

The dilution here since the fall has been rampant which is exactly what many predicted would occur when growth wasn't ramping up fast enough to cover eric's salary without printing discount shares!

Unfortunalety dilution is part of a necessary evil when companies are in need of capital funding, and just like everyone else would love to see it done at a higher PPS. This is something that none of us shareholders have control over though, so we have a choice to either accept it, or move on. To say that it is running rampant is also a matter of opinion to each person, and my post from the other day gives each one the numbers to make their decisions from based on fact, and not assumption.

Keep it real man, because the information is there for all to see. The facts are that there were a total of 175,658,855 shares added to the OS from 06/30/2010 - 01/07/2011 and a total of 602,005,014 shares traded during that period. Since the last OS update we have traded a total of 184,684,536 shares, so your numbers (600k)just don't add up!!

Summary:
June 30, 2010-January 7, 2011......175,658,855 shares added to OS
June 30, 2010-January 7, 2011......602,005,014 shares traded
January 7, 2011-last friday........???? shares added
January 7, 2011-last Friday........184,684,536 shares traded

June 30, 2010-last Friday..........786,639,550 shares traded

Naturally this is my opinion, just as each one has their own. I try to weigh past CEO statements with with events which have come to pass. Yes, he has been premature in some of his statements, but for the large part they have come to pass in time. He is very carefully building this company in a manner to stand the test of time, and our complaining, griping, or praises are'nt going to chage what is taking place.
