Question: On the issue of priorities, the creditors are above WAMPQ and the commons (WAMUQ) are below.

Do all the other classes of equity securities have the same priority as WAMPQ? TPS, WAHUQ, WAMKQ, any others?

In short there are three questions:

1. What classes of securities other than WAMPQ are below the creditors and above the commons?

2. Do all of these have the same priority as WAMPQ?

3. What is the face value of each class?
