Here is my estimate of how much money is needed to pay all preferred shares at face value.WAHUQ 23mil shares x $50= $1,150,000,000,WAMKQ 20mil shares x $25= $500,000,000 and WAMPQ 3mil shares x $1000= $3,000,000,000.We need $4,650,000,000 total waterfall to preferred to get payed face.If we could just get $1,550,000,000 that would pay each class 33%.
