Write your objection here, why do you the judge can not approve this plan? Ideas- No completed 3.1a valuation of assets = plan cannot be deemed as “Fair and Reasonable” without a valuation hearing. Confusing opt-out/opt-in language worded to trap shareholders into a contract for releases/ locked shares possible small payoff for release of legal liabilities.
