Please don't take this personally, because I am not intending it as such.

I would like you to consider the following:

Real management's work in such a fashion that is in keeping with good corporate governance, creates shareholder value, has a business model that is defineable and realistic, is not antagonistic to shareholders and generates revenues and profits.

This management has not done this.

It is fair to ask the basic question: Why?

And yet this management claims to be working in the shareholders interest.

IMO, this is not the case.

This management has done one "dumb" deal after another.

This begs the question: Is management really this dumb, or are they dumb like a fox?

It's a fair question given the track record.

I think it's also a fair question to ask you, or anyone else: Is this how you would run a business?

And worse yet: Is this how you would run a public company?

Substitute the name GE, Microsoft, Intel, or any other name; ask the same question, what answer do you get...honestly?

Thanks for your thoughts. Although I am not happy with the past decisions of management, I am hoping they can turn things around soon and maybe work on improving "shareholder relations" With the stock sitting at 3 cents and no volume, it's hard to believe anything good is coming, but who knows.
