So, you are in agreement with management on the issues and questions I raised.

If you were CEO of Wastech, this how you would run the business, and this how you would run a public company?

I respectfully disagree with you on these very elemental and important issues, but I guess that's what makes a market; even though we only average 4 trades a day.
